Cancellation Policy

Balanced Health Booking Policy I understand that life can be unpredictable and plans sometimes need to change. This policy helps me maintain dedicated appointment times and provide the best possible service for all clients. Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling I understand that life can be unpredictable and plans sometimes need to change. To allow me to offer appointment times fairly to all clients, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment. Appointments cancelled within the required notice period will be refunded, minus any administration or payment processing charges applied by third-party payment providers. Package Refunds If you decide not to continue with a package after your first session, a refund for any remaining unused sessions may be available, minus a £25 administration fee. After the second session has taken place, or once a package has been completed, refunds are no longer available If a discounted package is cancelled, completed sessions may be recalculated at the standard session rate and any remaining balance refunded. Rescheduling Rescheduled appointments are subject to availability and should be rearranged within 21 days of the original appointment date. Late Arrivals A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. If you arrive later than this without communication, your appointment may be considered missed and non-refundable. If you contact me within the first 15 minutes, I will do my best to use the remaining appointment time available, although the full session may not be possible. Package Expiry All sessions within a package must be booked and completed before the package expiry date. Exceptional Circumstances I understand that illness, family emergencies, or unexpected circumstances can happen. Where reasonable notice is provided, I will always do my best to find a suitable solution. Transfer of Sessions Sessions and packages are personal to the person who booked them and cannot be transferred.
