Cancellation Policy

Balanced Babies Programme Booking Policy Thank you for choosing to join the Balanced Babies community. We are so excited to welcome you and your little one into this supportive space, created to help you feel more confident, connected and empowered in your early parenting journey. Your place on the programme is reserved once payment has been received. As spaces are limited to ensure a calm and supportive experience for each mum and baby, your booking secures your place within the group. If you need to cancel your place on the programme, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the programme start date will be considered for a refund, minus any applicable administration costs. Cancellations made within 14 days of the programme start date, or once the programme has commenced, are non-refundable as your place has been reserved and resources have been prepared for the group. We understand that life with a baby can be unpredictable. If you are unable to attend an individual session, please let us know as soon as possible. While missed sessions cannot normally be refunded or transferred, we will always do our best to support you where possible and help you continue to feel part of the Balanced Babies community. If a session needs to be cancelled or changed by Balanced Health due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative arrangement will be offered. Keeping Our Babies Safe To help create a safe and comfortable environment for all babies and families attending Balanced Babies, we kindly ask that you do not attend a session if your baby is unwell, has a fever, a contagious illness, or symptoms that may put other babies at risk. If your baby is unwell, please contact us as soon as possible. We completely understand that babies can become unwell unexpectedly, and we will support you with guidance on your options where possible. By booking your place, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and are happy to take part in the Balanced Babies programme.
